Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Please note that once your package has left our facility and is in the hands of USPS, Santana & Co. is no longer responsible for the delivery process. USPS assumes full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of your package.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return-to-sender fees and the cost of reshipping. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase to avoid any issues.

Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with USPS for packages that are lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address. While Santana & Co. cannot be held liable for USPS errors or stolen packages, we may assist in your claim by providing necessary information or proof of shipment on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Addresses:

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Santana & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Stolen Packages:

  • Santana & Co. cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or shipping to a secure location.

International Shipping:

  • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be applied to their shipment. Santana & Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
