Refund policy

Earrings and Piercings:

-    Due to hygienic purposes, earrings and piercings are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or broken.
-    If the item is broken/damaged, please email us with an image and order number and Santana & Co will provide a new item.

Missing item:
-    If there’s an item missing your order, please email us at info@santanaandco.com with your order number

DAMAGED ITEMS

We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive perfectly. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please CONTACT US.  We will be happy to review your order. We will arrange for a replacement, return, or credit, pending assessment and evaluation of the product.  All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of when your order was delivered.

If you received your Santana & Co. order and are not totally in love with it, you can return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

The product must be in its complete original packaging with bags and in an unworn condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements, or are pass the return deadline, may be refused or a fee may be incurred depending on circumstances. When returning, please make sure all returned items and packaging materials are in the box along with the invoice. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be issued, and you should receive it within 3-5 business days depending on your issuing bank. Returns that do not meet the requirements, as stated above, may be refused or are assessed at the discretion of Santana & Co. 

Returns will be processed upon receipt.

INSTRUCTIONS-RETURNS-DOMESTIC

Santana & Co. does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of choice. We recommend using a trackable / insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. We are not responsible for the return or the loss of your package. When returning, please make sure all returned items and packaging materials are in the box along with the invoice.
